The AI handles polyphonic material, so chords are detected. Full-band mixes are harder: for best results on a mixed song, isolate the instrument you care about first with stem separation, then transcribe that stem.

AI transcription is a strong starting point, not a finished score. Clean recordings of a single instrument transcribe far better than dense, heavily produced mixes, and you should expect to tidy up timing and the occasional wrong note afterwards.
